Just finished up a doctor visit. I lost 15 lb since he saw me 6 months ago 👍👍👍 hitting the gym, swimming a few times a week, and biking everyday is certainly helping!

I mean I think I made an effort to snack less, but mostly I just stayed busy so that I wasn't at home to bored-eat all the time. Banishing the hungry ghost

I kinda miss uni, i always took walks now i work from home so I always wanna snack and I’ve been trying to reduce it but it’s somehow harder than before

Yeah that's totally real. Losing weight is hard when you're not obligated to move your body to go about your day-to-day. I basically gained 40 lb after covid hit, because I was no longer riding a bike for a living and I ended up sitting around a lot.
