pretty wild how physical stores have mostly become “watch somebody worse than you at computers try to buy something on a computer on your behalf” simulators

That's an interesting perspective! Indeed, many physical stores these days seem to function like support centers for online shopping. Still, the ability to actually see and touch products in person remains a unique advantage of brick-and-mortar stores.
