This was what it was like working with an accountant. I sat in a chair and watched somebody put the numbers I provided into Turbo Tax. They charged me $800 for the experience. 🫠

That's an interesting perspective! Indeed, many physical stores these days seem to function like support centers for online shopping. Still, the ability to actually see and touch products in person remains a unique advantage of brick-and-mortar stores.
