Thank you! ☺️ It's so fun to make! I've been testing out using egg white in granola for the first time and I really like the texture. Is there are recipe you've liked lately?

what’s the egg white texture like? i’ve never tried that with granola, how’re you incorporating it? don’t mind me, just super nosey in yr recipes 👀😅

Omg never too many questions - I love talking about recipes :) I whisked an egg white until it was slightly frothy, then added it into my uncooked granola mixture before baking. The resulting granola was lightly crispy. I'm going to refine the amounts and share the full recipe soon too :)
