the other day i tried to film myself doing front squats.
😱OMG i'm horrible.
now i understand the importance of filming yourself to understand your mistakes and improve your technique. my back is hunched, my elbows fall forward and my legs don't go down enough.
today i tried to improve, slightly better the legs, but the rest is still horrible, lot of work to do (Second video)
i'm posting this videos, even if unwatchable, to motivate some other beginners who, like me, feel guilty about doing it, since online you can only find videos of perfect exercises and sometimes it's demotivating.
Failure is part of the process, part of the progress.
