This is a component in this app I'm working on. Thanks to something @h4rt.eth suggested, I'm able to get data from my contracts in a single statement.

Yup! I'm using this library I've been working on which uses wagmi and viem: https://github.com/dgca/use-wagmi-contracts

This specific feature (useRead/useWrite) is only on the beta version, but I'll push out a new release this weekend.

Have you looked at the wagmi CLI? They provide a way to codegen hooks for each contract method
