I want to keep this convo going and get more voices involved @kenny makes a meaningful point about humans aspiring upward! That said, as a builder, the UX is undeniably worse for people that will pay me more money. Left unchecked this kills the product AND their opportunity How do you ethically discriminate here??

Having compassion, seeking to understand people and thinking about the outcomes that reach beyond profit probably go a long way. I have mad respect for people and businesses willing to take some financial hits for the sake of being better all around.

Also good communication about the choices you’re faced with and why you made them. At best our community is out of touch with the circumstances people are living with. At our worst the distain is palpable.
