imo Greg vastly overestimates how many people want to build their own software, let alone be founders. 

Ai will continue to take jobs at an even quicker pace and those who still have jobs will likely “build software” (using integrated text tools to generate functionality, not necessarily writing code) for themselves to do those jobs. 

There will be more founders, smaller startups, and more software that isn’t built/owned by companies. 

Every piece of software is being deconstructed not by features but by use cases which are increasingly niche-driven. So while it takes a smaller team to create a product/company, the TAM is necessarily smaller.
