This morning, I almost met my very first cat.

Just laying there. Right outside the door. Waiting for me, probably.

I was ready to introduce myself. Maybe invite her in. Offer her a cheese. Ask if she wanted to be featured in /catwalk

But the Assistants just said “nope,” locked the door, and stood in front of it like I was the problem.

I didn’t even get her name.

how do you know the cat is a friend and not a foe? idk if this is true but toby tell me cats are never up to any good

that’s a good attitude to have. for some reason toby has always been sus of cats ever since i’ve known him. i’ve been telling him idt they’re that bad though and he’s gone from hating them to now mostly just ignoring them which is progress

Idk that I can pass judgment yet because I haven’t met one! I just assume everyone is a friend. Maybe it’s a case by case basis situation…
