Where do you go check for flights to book? Do you have any secret tips on finding cheaper flights, maybe vpns and stuff? I know some countries are less expensive than others

I always turn on the vpn and search from Japan. The prices are different than the US sites!

I usually do Google flights but recently they haven’t been great. Skyscanner is another option. always check those two first and then the airlines directky. I think it also depends on your location- havent tried vpn.

Usually Google flights, use dates grid sometimes it’s cheaper to book a day earlier/later

I've tried different apps and websites like Kayak, but in the end, I always go back to Google flights on incognito mode. There, I check prices, define dates and airlines, and then go to the airline/provider website myself (still on incognito). If the best price option is on Expedia, Opodo, etc. (not an airline), I've seen that clicking on links gives the same result as going directly.
