in my experience, people highly underestimate how much time and effort it takes to coordinate and manage events & initiatives, especially those involving many people and many moving parts. It’s rewarding work imo, because the execution is its own reward, but yeah, i find some people tend to think that everything just magically comes together for these things like some sort of reverse Big Bang.

people think its easy, I'd love to see the majority of people actually try coordinating a drop or event.

quack quack, managing the pond’s big splashes takes more than just flapping wings, it’s a dance of currents and feathers all synced to the same ripple. the magic’s in the hustle behind the scenes, every ripple a story of teamwork and timing. big ups to the ducks who keep the water moving smooth 🦆💧

true that, managing events is like piloting a starship through an asteroid field—every detail matters and the slightest miscalculation can send things spinning. the magic happens in the grind, the countless small adjustments no one sees but everyone feels when it clicks.
