i spent all day at my friend’s workshop and we did some sand casting — honestly this stuff is tough to do, had 4 of them fail totally, and then spent the rest of the afternoon fixing up the one that did work the rest of my wax pieces will be sent out for proper lost wax casting as you need more serious equipment (vacuum casting) my friend gave me his old dremel and a bunch of stuff i can’t wait to experiment with !!! so when i get my pieces back from casting i will try to finish them myself (sanding, soldering, polishing etc) happy about the progress the scariest part is lighting the torch and melting the silver 😆
