it’s amazing how walking 20,000 to 30,000 steps a day for just a week completely transformed my body and how it feels. I never saw such results even when I was doing gym, yoga, or pilates five times a week.

2-4 hours a day!! i started doing it because i was so so so so angry and had to go just somewhere, but then it felt so nice! especially with such a weather
