it’s amazing how walking 20,000 to 30,000 steps a day for just a week completely transformed my body and how it feels. I never saw such results even when I was doing gym, yoga, or pilates five times a week.

My question is... Where were you going this far every day for a week? 😱

I had this exact same experience! Walking consistently changed my body more than anything else I had tried

There's a difference between a 2nd nature and the artificial repeat of a discipline Also looks like jumping is the best exercise for neuroplasticity, or brain get a stimulus that doesn't get with other type of exercises

might be more about how much time you’re moving versus the actual exercise? 20k-30k steps is 4-5 hours of walking a day (!!) whereas gym, yoga, pilates will be just 1 hour probably (who is gonna do 4 hours of pilates tho daily lol)

Downloaded Pikmin Bloom last summer and it motivates me to aim for ~10k steps everyday. Changed my health for the best 👌
