having adhd as a creator is annoying SO many ideas but tough to find the motivation to get things done i no longer take medication for it so have to figure out alternative ways to lock in today i used the ✨pomodoro method✨ which is breaking down work into intervals > 25 mins of pure work > 5 min break > another 25 mins of work i also had some caffeine (no matcha available so electrolyte it is) lastly i promised myself a lil treat if i completed my goal glad to say i completed my goal lil treat time🙏🏾

I can relate, what works for me is writing everything down the night before. Then I tick them as I'm getting them done
