some additional notes: - i started doing it just on my bed w/o going over edge at first - i just think of it as a stretch (like the ones ppl do on tennis court), w gravity as helping hand. i don’t force twist my back i didn’t want to pay chiro like $100/session so i just do this 3x/day and it works for me
