Also tdee is easily calculated: Weigh yourself at the same time everyday with no clothes. Keep track of every calorie you eat. If your weight goes up on average over a week, you've eaten too many calories. Continue to tweak your calories until your losing at the desired rate. There are also calculators for tdee.

You sure can! Exercise 1 hr daily, cut back on calories(safely). This alone will get you there. Good luck

Tbh that's super aggressive, but you can make insane progress in that time. Calories in calories out, spend more calories than you eat, in your case aim for eating 750 - 1000 calories under your tdee (total daily energy expenditure. Obviously, also exercise every day, but cardio is far less important than diet.

3lbs per week likely isn't acheivable. 1-2lbs per week is more realistic.
