Tbh that's super aggressive, but you can make insane progress in that time. Calories in calories out, spend more calories than you eat, in your case aim for eating 750 - 1000 calories under your tdee (total daily energy expenditure. Obviously, also exercise every day, but cardio is far less important than diet.
