im currently 189 now btw down from 230 at the beginning of january. going to try and get back in to some fasting as i finish off these last 9 pounds. havent had a successful 48 hour fast in two months, but im going to try. give me your strength bros.

do you know how i burn 15 pound in a week? sleeping 12 hours drinking liquids only (like two cups of coffee) and trainning 3 times in the week (like 1:30 hours every time) i think, we need plus the cal deficit with some trainning only IMO

This was literally me in 2022. I plateaued around 183 so if you do too don’t get discouraged! That just means you hit the point your body is entering that fine tune mode where the number changes less but the progress is still significantly the same! I did a lot of extra walking and IF, lol.
