im currently 189 now btw down from 230 at the beginning of january. going to try and get back in to some fasting as i finish off these last 9 pounds. havent had a successful 48 hour fast in two months, but im going to try. give me your strength bros.

do you know how i burn 15 pound in a week? sleeping 12 hours drinking liquids only (like two cups of coffee) and trainning 3 times in the week (like 1:30 hours every time) i think, we need plus the cal deficit with some trainning only IMO
