Biohackers and supplement nerds, What should I be taking to be more focused, have more energy, sleep better, and lift like a demon?

I think in general you gotta have a balanced diet, i believe that to have a better effect than blindly guessing what specific nutrition to optimise for. Have done a bunch of the common nootropics and most of them don’t work for me. Things like caffeine + L-theanine while some swear by them I swear it’s placebo. Things that really work you dont really wanna take them often (e.g. adrafinil). I do take fish oil (cos I don’t eat a lot of eggs or fish) and creatine (cos i bought a tub and just trying not to waste). Not sure about sleep - maybe magnesium?

yea working on diet aspect too. These are all generally the stuff I cycle on and off of depending on if I remember to buy them hahaha
