day 1 of trying to habit stack habit stacking is building a sustainable routine by attaching a new habit to an established habit! i learned this from atomic habits by james clear the established or anchor habit for me is working out (i’ve been doing this for 10 years so easy enough for me) the new habit is admin like tasks - replying to emails, finishing off multiple edits etc (this is VERY new to me and i want to get better at it) so i am stacking them by bringing my laptop to the gym and doing my workout once i have completed the tasks! may also try experimenting with the order to see if i find admin easier after working out! has anyone else tried this lmk what worked for you? 🙏🏾

LOL I think your established and new habits are the EXACT OPPOSITE of 99% of the people for whom: Established habit is doing those computer tasks New habit is (tentatively) working out Most people would love to be in your position and would tell you "Noooo don't build this new habit! It's a freaking trap!!"

HAHAH thats so funny🤣 i have gone 10 years sending around 15 emails total now i am learning how to cc and bcc and attach ok noted unlearn this habit
