but for fromage, i am plant based, 
i cannot seem to renounce cheese... 

in cali i'm partial to 'Humboldt Fog' (sounds like an indica strain but it's a super versatile goat cheese); in france, i'm especially fond of Rocamadour; in england, once in a blue moon, i love stilton

Exotic doesn’t make it good, being good makes it good!

Manchego is not exotic to me because I lived in Spain for a year and that was the main cheese!
