there was more experimentation from DAOs w/ frames last year than w/ mini apps this year (e.g.: @botto, @vocdoni, @nouns prop house, @orangedao app). is this due to DAOs falling off a bit? or due to a frustrating frames experience that discouraged them from mini apps? something else? would love opinions (+ intros!)

lots of daos are blowing up / unwinding due to bad governance and/or running out of capital

are there any (like brightmoments) that you think will weather the storm better than others?

most daos were created as a clever legal structure to bypass the howie test, not because they actually benefitted from decentralized ownership bright moments worked because we were a project with clear milestones, community engagement, and completion criteria daos that require ongoing operations without a meaningful revenue source are in a tough place and are either redistributing capital pro rata back to members or recapitalizing, often at the expense of early investors
