for those in the US, which feels worse: tipping or subscription fatigue?

internally do the different tipping situations feel separate to you? my psyche is not so discriminating

tipping post-dinner is very different for me than tipping pre-meal, although i can feel fatigue from the latter start to affect the former

I absolutely hate standing in a coffee shop typing in 10-20% tip without having received anything, not knowing if it’s any good, and for 0 service.
