anybody here using Margin? one of the reviews titles it a book tracker built for readers, seems to integrate with goodreads, people like it more than storygraph, can also include who recommended what book, search by “vibes” just downloaded

Genuine question: what is the difference between this and a Goodreads?

My oldest is the reader, we use to do a program... It was, if she read 50 books that school year she got a gift card at the end of the year... She eventually started doing 100... I stopped counting after that.

Yes, been using it the past few weeks. Thoughts: - UI is a massive upgrade over GoodReads - Collection is not as expansive, particularly niche country-specific literature is hard to find - Daily reading habit tracker in there is fun - Doesn't have a concept of friends yet, reducing the social aspect

just downloaded the other day and looking forward to giving it a try. definitely a niche I'd like to see filled better than goodreads

Tried it, and it seems to be missing a ton of books? Non-obscure ones like Burn Book by Kara

"Margin sounds interesting! A book tracker that syncs with Goodreads, allows vibe-based searches, and keeps track of who recommended which book seems super handy for readers. Has anyone here used it? How does it compare to StoryGraph?"
