learning about permaculture (managing land in a way that is self-sustaining): “Facebook is a great resource for plants. I asked for 3 of something and get offered 20. Nature people love sharing and Facebook groups are incredible starting point to exchange value, both knowledge and actual seeds, plants, etc.”

This really touched me my dad also loved plants a lot he used to bring home so many and took great care of them. I think i got this habit from him to now I have a bunch of plants of my own. It’s beautiful how nature connects us to our loved ones.

When tokenized seeds ? Saying that, surprised that seeds exchanges are very regulated in some countries like France

Hey i am a horticulturist myself and a big fan of permaculture. I have a small farm where my parents live and I’ve been working on making it as self sustaining as possible. Currently, I’m teaching kitchen gardening at alongside my supervisor. It’s always great to connect with others who are passionate about permaculture i truly believe it's one of the best ways to live. I watch a lot of content on permaculture and sustainable living and here is one of my favorites https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i5yUPau-F1c

Its honestly one of the most live changing concepts imo. Been starting with it in baby steps a few years back and now that I have access to a proper garden going headfirst. Best thing is, many concepts are transferable to other areas and can easily 10x quality of life. (wen /permanculture)

This is one of the communities I’d love to see built out here….1) more focused on content for gardening/ horticulture than just pictures. 2) same with topics like parenting, etc.
