Will have to check this out.  I really enjoyed Surprise Kill Vanish which gives an overview of a lot of the CIA covert actions in the 60s. I think you’re right that propaganda is everywhere and peoples home country bias stops them from recognizing the propaganda that’s aimed at them.

That would mean that CIA can do the right thing once in a while, nice to know!

(Is this the same book that claimed the January Uprising was instigated by the British?)
