I just got a gym membership. What should I do next? I have 2 goals. 1. Lose ~7 kgs to hit 75kg. That's my optimum height to weight tario. 2. Progressive overload Start with the weight you are able to complete your reps fully -> do them until you aren’t able to As you scale up, the new weights and the reps you’re able to do with them would be the measurements How’s after 20th sounds like?
