I've probably worn it less than 14 days in the 7 years I've owned it 😅

I've been meaning to revisit it and this feels like the push I need. I can report back in 2 weeks!

I will say:

- putting it on does broaden my shoulders and opens up my chest, which is what I *think* I would naturally do if I was jacked
- it masks really well under shirts
- I went to a chiropractor for 12 weeks in 2021 after having horrendous posture from slouching at my desk, that had a transformational effect on my day to day posture to this day as well as alleviated a ton of tension and pain I had in my neck
