Market cap is simply the circulating supply of a coin or token, multiplied by the current price.
Bitcoin in circulation today ( changes every 10 minutes ) = 19,872,306 X $104,073 ( current price ) = $2,068,170,502,338. So bitcoins market cap is just over $2T. 🤯
Ethereum the 2nd largest coin by market cap sits at $305B , while the market cap of the entire crypto sector currently stands at $3.3T !
