anyone on here use the Tonal home gym? i’ve been getting back into using mine, and man, what a great piece of equipment for home weight lifting i’ve come to prefer it to solo lifts at the gym because it’s safer and i’m less inclined to try and be a hero and hurt myself with too much weight

yep just added a FID bench to it, it’s unstoppable. One thing is I do my own workout now tho because all the trainer ones so far are circuits which are just ineffective for building muscle imo
