But also agree with some of the other comments that there is a lack of food AND eating culture which has been instilled by the idea it is not as important as work and revenue generating measures in our daily lives…

UK is part of European continent we can’t leave that lol, but we did leave the European Union.

They are no longer part of EU but still follow pretty much the same laws especially when it comes to the things that are most contested here 

Ie, red 40 is allowed but requires strict labeling in both countries 

Despite Brexit consumers don’t want divergence here and by and large it hasn’t happened

So sad! Are there any initiatives run by citizens to suggest altering laws?
