Also does UK still count as being part of Europe? Last time I checked they said good bye to the system they initially invented 🤣 But also agree with some of the other comments that there is a lack of food AND eating culture which has been instilled by the idea it is not as important as work and revenue generating measures in our daily lives…

They are no longer part of EU but still follow pretty much the same laws especially when it comes to the things that are most contested here Ie, red 40 is allowed but requires strict labeling in both countries Despite Brexit consumers don’t want divergence here and by and large it hasn’t happened https://www.politico.eu/article/uk-brexit-not-for-eu-food-label/
