Being single and not eating out a lot is fucking hard. How do I cook for just myself? Haven’t really figured it out yet, but I need to. I want to get in better shape and start eating healthier before it’s too late. Those years are moving fast!

Use one of the meal prep service. Hello fresh was really good when I used it. Provides portion sizes.
