If you want a real detox: https://www.dhamma.org/en-US/index 10 day silent meditation retreat. No phones, laptops, books, journals, just you and your thoughts and a lot of meditation. No dogma, just breathing and body scans. One class a day on technique and the rest of the time in your own head. It's all donation based and staffed by previous students.

When you can I highly recommend. Best detox you can find and centers all over the world.

For sure, it's intense. When I did my second one I spent my first couple days asking myself why the f did I do this again ๐ By the end I was happy I did.

Itโs intense and def requires mental stability and a certain presence of mind ๐ Otherwise itโs sensory deprivation and can be rough for some I was fine, but have had heard firsthand stories of others that werenโt
