There are more than 21K accounts with 🎩 in their display names Vast majority of said paid accounts should not be accounted for in DAU, as they do not represent unique users of the protocol They exist merely to astroturf support for $degen, seeking to make the community appear larger than reality reflects

1) Please don’t use qDAU. It’s a meaningless qualifier when the q (i.e. “quality” has never been clearly defined) 2) I said “vast majority” not “all”

1. Please don't tell me which words I can and cannot use. I don't have time for trolls. I can point to a user and meaningfully say they are qDAU and others understand what I mean - that's what words do. For example @jpren.eth is qDAU

Not trolling, words are important And qDAU is bullshit without the q being clearly defined “Others understand what I mean” is comical

Is it comical though? Why? I understand @df and others when they use it. Might be shibboleth cringe but it’s legitimately useful, perhaps speaking to the quant behind your qual. After all, we’re after the same thing and people just intuit what the numbers point to?

If it’s so useful (and I disagree that an opaquely defined qDAU is useful), then why does @dwr.eth report DAU rather than qDAU? I can only speak for myself in saying that I am not after web3 social repeating web2 social That’s what’s taking place here under the guise of decentralization and transparency, sadly
