Really like this approach. You say that is a time-consuming method - could you share how much time (+/-) the team had to invest to pull it off?

And sure thing! @fr would be able to give a more precise estimate, but the mint process itself ran over a couple of weeks...

... and we had to take a bunch of snapshots beforehand, and coordinate with each of the different communities involved (unlike with an allow list, you can't just stop thinking about a community once you've got them listed -- you have to make sure their community managers know when their wave is and can promote it)...

... and then during major waves, the team tried to make sure we had at least a couple people active to answer questions and help out with social media in real time.
