One should do both but this is the trade im taking as it pertains to societal trends.

I’ve made it a point to intentionally go walking almost every day since I was thirteen years old, and even though I usually eat like a dump truck I’m merely overweight instead of massive.

Walking is great

Cast is not rly about what ppl should do but rather what i think ppl will do more/less. I would put walking on the long side, i think running has topped and people will replace it with walking for their cardio

Cast is sport-agnostic but if i had to pick would say volleyball cycling tennis basketball

I also anticipate some new Corporate Sport to make waves like pickleball did 

maybe hyrox counts as that

i'm not materially

i guess one could short lifetime fitness stock, and long Amer Sports (owners of Wilson and other brands)

the charts also look good respectively for both those positions

I agree, but then I think about the rise of pickleball and worry we will lose the ability to play actual sports any more

if you don't like running, don't run. go play squash or spike ball or whatever you enjoy. climb some rocks
