I think companies should be hiring more people to work on AI systems just for internal use The default plan for AI adoption seems to be expecting random employees to figure something out, and instead hiring “forward deployed” teams to set up *other* companies

It’s still underrated that AI can both: - teach you how to use it - adapt itself on the fly based on your preferences The best way to learn isn’t from courses, guides, or tutorials. Just get in there yourself and start asking questions
