Rain is one migraine trigger I can’t avoid or run from. I’m experimenting with Indomethacin for the barometric pressure headache before it transforms. I also have an app and earplugs (WeatherX) that alerts me if pressure shifts so I can use the earplugs and take the medication. It’s no silver bullet but the combo isn’t terrible. So sorry to hear this 🤍 didn’t know about the rain. So hard to picture something so joyful causing pain.
