Rain is one migraine trigger I can’t avoid or run from. I’m experimenting with Indomethacin for the barometric pressure headache before it transforms. I also have an app and earplugs (WeatherX) that alerts me if pressure shifts so I can use the earplugs and take the medication. It’s no silver bullet but the combo isn’t terrible. Sounds horrible. I get migraines a lot since I was a little girl. No fun. Those who have never had a migraine, don’t know what pain is. Ha
