i'm sure this is more complicated than it sounds but applying a meta apple tax to apple sounds delightful i wish there was more incentive to create collectively owned orgs/co-ops, right now it's *more* expensive to operate one than a plain c-corp/llc. perhaps the "apple tax" could be exempt from collectively owned orgs, similar to how some securities laws are exempt from "sufficiently decentralized blockchains" (but not from centralized ones).

Maybe I’ll have one of the deep research tools flesh bros concept out a little more and we can see if it’s a little more feasible because I totally agree with you. The novelty and creativity caught my eye and it’s for sure not even close to the worst idea I’ve heard in this realm lol
