ever since i started this new routine, not only am i sleeping better, iโm dreaming again (which almost never happened before ๐ ) hereโs whatโs working for me lately: โ up at 7am โ 1hr fasted functional training โ 30min walk to the hub (and back) โ no laptop after dinner ๐คฏ โ bed around midnight still adjusting, but the impact on focus + sleep has been wild ๐ง ๐ค

awesome limone! keep it up! i started a fitness routine almost 3 months ago and can say that i haven't felt this good in a while. sleep has been incredible and i'll note that i feel like i'm dreaming more than usual as well. some days i'm still tired, but i've been able to press through because now it's routine.
