ever since i started this new routine, not only am i sleeping better, iโ€™m dreaming again (which almost never happened before ๐Ÿ˜…) hereโ€™s whatโ€™s working for me lately: โ€“ up at 7am โ€“ 1hr fasted functional training โ€“ 30min walk to the hub (and back) โ€“ no laptop after dinner ๐Ÿคฏ โ€“ bed around midnight still adjusting, but the impact on focus + sleep has been wild ๐Ÿง ๐Ÿ’ค

awesome limone! keep it up! i started a fitness routine almost 3 months ago and can say that i haven't felt this good in a while. sleep has been incredible and i'll note that i feel like i'm dreaming more than usual as well. some days i'm still tired, but i've been able to press through because now it's routine.

Regular sleep at night is extremely important. I used to stay up late at night chatting etc. but then my routine got worse. Not sleeping at all at night weakened my body. I also started a similar routine in the past 2 months and now I sleep at night. It gives me great peace.
