thanks, checking on this now. I'm a bit confused tbh with fluoride as dentist recommend it but social media says is not safe for your health.

my understanding is that its great for rubbing onto your teeth but not great for drinking. so flouride toothpaste good, flouride in water bad

Flouride naturally occurs in most drinking water. It was when a dentist moved to Colorado (which has much higher natural fluoride), and noticed how unusually healthy the teeth were there, that the investigation began that eventually led to the discovery that tooth health directly correlates with floridation levels.
