Why am I here now? X has gotten ultra aggressive with TOS "violations." While my team and product @ethos-network are unbanned there now, it's clear to me now how important an open, decentralized and permissionless network graph will be in the future Particularly for Ethos!

We don't depend on X much with Ethos, outside it being the traditional social layer for most crypto participants. Fortunately from the beginning we've designed everything on Ethos to revolve around EVM addresses I am an early farcaster user, but it never stuck with me to be honest.

I'm a degen, I trade, I run a hedge fund too. I enjoy the ridiculousness of X. It's absurd, but it's lively. I missed that when I tried to switch over to farcaster. Maybe it's different now, we'll see. That said, the "need" for something like Ethos has always felt less important to me in a place like here

Farcaster has always looked to me like where the upstanding citizens of crypto lived, building towards a better future but with less chaos. Builders empowering builders. People authentically engaging with each other. The reality is that Ethos is designed to solve chaos, so we never spent time here

To be honest it's a bit intimidating - I don't know you, and I don't know how to relate to you all. I am ideologically aligned with most of you, probably. But it's a different group of people than I am comfortable solving problems for, historically.
