Last Thursday I brought the topic of burnout to the @urbe-eth campus in Buenos Aires. I started to inject a bit more the topic of human design and feedbacks were amazing (shoutout to @holasari ) This made me realise how much these conversations are needed in the web3 world!

Hey, I’m Andrea 👋 I’ve been working in web3 for a few years, mostly around events and communities. I help strategise and produce gatherings of all kinds: from large conferences to more intimate formats where ideas and people can meet and connect. Somewhere along the way, I started asking myself why so many smart people were repeating patterns that drained them. I’ve always been curious about how we function (my background is in psychology) and a few years ago I came across human design. What started as an experiment turned into one of the most practical tools I’ve found for understanding how we make decisions, manage energy and stay aligned with what actually works for us. It’s also a great way to ask ourselves questions about who we are and how we operate. Happy to connect with you all!
