Sometimes we drink matcha. Sometimes we eat it. There is no wrong way to enjoy it. Just don’t get ripped off paying for ceremonial grade matcha in a latte. If they are adding milk and sugar, any matcha is great matcha.

I saw a store that legit said you could pay $5 extra for “ceremonial grade matcha” in their obnoxious concoction of sugar milk and that’s just ripping people off. You can’t taste anything after adding 50g of sugar!!!

that's all i consume is ceremonial grade matcha, but if I get it...it's only at one specific coffee shop, always hot, regardless of how hot it is outside, and no sweeteners added. I either have them make it with water, or oat milk. Adding all the sweeteners to it just makes it gross
