Excited this channel exists now! To start off, what routines/habits do you have that most help you with your wellness/mental health? For me, I make sure to take at least a 10 minute walk outside every day, no matter how chaotic things get. Noticed it's made a huge improvement

Super excited this channel finally exists! One of my fav routines when life is tough is to journal first thing in the AM b4 looking @ any electronics. I also write my emotional/wellness/work to do list + a 3 bullet fill-in-the-blank grateful section. Helps me look for things to be grateful for throughout the day.

I do the exact same with 3 gratitudes! Some days it's hard to find #2 and #3, other days it's hard to just pick three!
